i have a teacher that hasnt taught us anything ,waht do i do???

i have this math teacher that has 2 kids that r like 1 n 3 so he comes to school all tired n grouchy n he has no lesson plan for the day so all he does is talk about stories (like how he met his wife) n i get really mad because i have not learn anything n next week we have the most important tests of the year . so how can i tell him to teach us something without him getting a grudge on me (because another friend tried telling him but the teacher got angry at him) oh the thing that really makes me piss is when he starts telling us how we suck at math. n i feel like standing up n telling him that is really his fault, but i dont because he is really good friends with the principle n almost all the teachers.what do i do???
