Help! I need to prepare a 5 minute teaching lesson for a job interview with

Teach for America. Any ideas? I have advanced to the interview stage with Teach for America. I am required to present a five minute teaching lesson geared towards students grades 5-7. I am clueless. I was thinking something to do with science in its being hands-on? Has anyone else done something similar? I am open to all ideas. Thanks.
