| Well any college with a culinary program will probably have an Asian class. But if you just want to learn sushi without a full culinary program, most metro areas have some single topic and short term cooking classes where you can learn. Some Asian markets may offer this as well. I know in Denver I can think of several places where Sushi classes are taught. |

| Well if you live near Charlotte, NC or are planning to go to school there, you can learn at the Arts Institute of Charlotte. Students there run their own restaurant on campus, and even if you don't attend, they have weekend courses and non-credit courses on how to make all kinds of cuisine, sushi included. Plus you get to taste their food for dirt cheap, and it's great! |
