Not sure what you're asking here and maybe you're using some ed lingo specific to your state.
But if you're asking if you should start on your Master's before getting a teaching position, I'll advise you to start teaching first. Think of it this way- if you push off getting a job for two years, you're missing out on two years worth of salary, benefits, and retirement.
Look at it this way:
Option A- Start Teaching and work on Master's Degree
After two years, you'll have made two year's worth of salary plus you'll have received benefits, raises (hopefully) and maybe be closer longevity bonuses (depending on the district).
Option B- Put teaching off and earn Master's Degree
After two years, you'll have your degree but someone without a Master's and two years of experience may be making more money than you. Bummer.
The sooner you start working, the better it is for your financial standing. Most teachers are getting their Master's as they teach full time.
