my friend wants me to teach her how to kiss?

Okay well me and my friend were talking about kissing for some reason over the phone,it eventually got into a conversation where she said she hasnt kissed since she was eleven.
and at some point asked me to teach/show her how to kiss and make out and all that stuff. so i said okay (since we are both single it wont be crossing any lines) now she wants to come over to my house and wants me to teach her how its done. she said something about bringing her friend also who doesnt know how so now im gonna show two chicks how to kiss. im 15....and they are both 14.
we are in high school so its really no big deal.

my question is..how exactly do i show them?
i know she wants me to actually kiss her and that stuff.
but what can i say...or do to make it seem less awkward and make her less nervous?

p.s. is this even a good idea? shes the one that came to me though...plus its not like they have had any sexual contact like sex or oral, so i wont be getting any deseases right?
