how do you teach your dog to listen to you not everyone else?

my dog doesnt listen to me he listens to everyone but me

Isolate them to only be familiar with you. And when they get around other people, then the dog won't know them. Dogs know their masters by who is around them and who loves them.

maybe u need a stronger bond with ur dog.
my puppy knows that Im his mommy and he listens to me and my husband....
except if somebody else got treats :-D lol then he would listen to them too...but not as perfect as he listens to ,me

You need to bond with your dog. If he is just a puppy give him time. If he is an adult You need to gain his respect. He needs to see you as Alpha. If you are a child in a house hold the dog may see your parents as the boss & the dog sees himself as your equal.

You will have to develope a leadership role in the dogs world. Perhaps a obedience class is a good place to start.
