Does this mean that Christianity as Jesus taught it is somehow flawed?

Almost a third of the earth’s population claim to be Christian. Yet, the world seems more politically divided and more violent than ever before. Or, rather, does the flaw exist in the way many people apply Christ’s teachings?

i think the flaw exists in the way people apply christ's teachings. believe it or not the bible does attempt at teaching good morals, from what ive seen many christians dont live by these morals.

"i like your christ i do not like your christians. your christians are so unlike your christ."

If Christian nations were actually nations of Christians there would be no war, poverty and so on...

It is not flawed. It is Christians being Christian in name but not in Spirit.

so if you are a Christian...your not a human and must be perfect as what Jesus teaches in the Bible...is this the logic you are basing this question on...Christians have more charitable organizations than any other groups...helping millions of people around the world...what are you doing to help people...
