Honestly, not all lesbians can give good head. Some are better than others. It's a talent, and just like a talent in order to be great at it you have to practice, practice, practice. If he was taught by the right woman, then his head may be worth giving it a try:-)
But all in all I'd say that 80% of lesbians know how to give some good head.
