| How do I teach my rescued bulldog not to ruffle thru the trashcan? We have just adopted a English bulldog and have a few behavioral problems. Most I can work out myself, but we can't leave him alone in the kitchen because he tips over the trashcan and makes a huge mess and he eats things he should not be eating. |

| Either don't put things in your trash can that smell meaty and yummy - put them straight in your outside bin. Or fit your bin with a lid he can't open or put it where he can't get to it. 'Cos even if you teach him not to go through the bin while you are looking, I reckon sometimes the temptation becomes too much if they think no one is watching. |
