where is the best college to study elemntary teaching?

I really want to study elementary teaching, and I want to go to a college. I want to go to a "well known" college, that also has a nice adaptable campus and location, cool, interesting clubs, is ,multi-racial (has all sorts of ethnicities, and has a good elementary program in with internships, and possibly in Illinois or its "neighboring" states
