Can anyone teach me how to manage human resoures in an organization?

1) Employees asking for high salary.
2) They are not doing their best in producing results.
3) Some might tried to harm the company

For me why would I give a high salary if the person would not do his best?

If they would try to harm the company then you must be able to defend it.
one way would be providing evidences that they were threatening you.

The thing that i usually do to manage human resources is by being flexible and open minded. one there is an agreement we should follow it.

try making an agreement and let them sign it. if they go against it then you would have the upper hand.
