The chance? Low, there is only one Mark Zuckerberg, billions of people. I doubt that many people get the chance to meet ONE person, who probably is doing something else. You might get a hold of his receptionist. And there is no "right way" to program. Everyone has there own personal style. These people you wish to seek might just say that to you. I think you should just learn to program any way you can. It will probably be the best way.

The real question is why you would want to go through the hassle of trying to be taught by them? They not only would not do it but they're not even necessarily greater programmers than any others. Their success stems from their creative ideas and, as for Google, their ability to create intelligent algorithms. Not to mention, just because someone is great at something doesn't mean they would be great at teaching it.

the only right way that most people will agree on is to document your code. other than that the way that it makes the most sense to you works the best. there are also many different programming languages to choose from. python, ruby, perl, java, c++,.. most have similarities so don't worry about choosing the wrong one.I would recommend that you take a programming class from a community college or something similar. they will teach you the basics. then it is up to you. it is not easy for everyone. it is something you will have to work at .
