Why don't they teach pivot tables or V-lookup in universities - b-schools?

Why don't they teach pivot tables or V-lookup in universities - b-schools?

These two functions are the most basic things that you need to know in business. Yet, business schools do not teach them to you. What gives?
BTW, I'm talking about Excel.
