Hrudey has a spectacular aura about
Wondering specifics of teaching a Spin Class?

I am interested in starting a spin class. My husband is an avid cyclist (road and mountain) and will be teaching. We don't have a car that can pull a trailer, so we have no way to transport the bikes. (Yet) Is it reasonable to offer it in my garage ( can fit about 8 bikes + instructor) We would drywall it, heat it in the winter, and make it all about the spin class, we don't use the garage anyways. We want to stage the bikes a few inches maybe? To reserve a bike, we are thinking of an online sign-up, (or call) so people don't have to arrive early to get a bike, which I know can be hard with gyms. With our garage in use, we don't have to pay for rent, and can offer it whenever we want. What is a resonable price per class? We live in a small town, the gym in town does not offer spin classes, nearest one is 30 minutes away. Hopefeully we can inspire people to buy a bike and pursue a more active lifestyle.
