is there any public palces where they teach you how to hack/crack computers?

i already took computer classes at school but the dont teach anything!Little help
and how do hackerscrackers learn how to hack?
and how do hackers/crackers learn how to hack?
i knoe wat hacking is thats y i put cracking on the sides!

u can't learn how to hack/crack from public classes. but u can learn it from youtube... i learn how to hack from there... well i guess this question will be deleted soon..
