How to I teach her a new type of potty trained?

My dog is 3 years old and for these first 3 years she has been potty trained. She was very smart and learned fast. The problem is, I have a fenced in back yard and a doggie door so she was trained to go in and out the door by herself. We might be moving soon and might not have a doggie door anymore.
How can I teach her to tell me when she needs to go outside to potty??? I also need her to learn this for situations when we are in a hotel, etc......
