| I have been teaching for 22 years in the same school. I need change....
...Should I apply for a job in a new school? I have been teaching Special Ed to kids in K-6 grade. We have administration that isn't effective. I am unhappy. I love the kids and the school, but I have an opportunity to teach closer to home in a small school. What should I do?
