Does Obama have a brother who is a Muslim extremist? (Who are taught to Hate US)?

I had a question posted 18 hours ago and somebody replyed with an answer posting a comment that Obama has a brother who is an extremist. Is that true? And now the answer has been removed.. Why? Weird?
I love the answer with all the "ahs". Obama is always saying, ah. Obama never has the answers right away. He's not smart enough.
