| Suggestions for teaching a group?
I have to hold a "seminar" this week. What it is, basically, is teaching Act IV of Henry IV Part 1 to a group of 5-6 students. I have discussion questions and handouts, but I'm also supposed to include an active portion, and a homework assignment. Common active portions I've seen are acting out scenes dramatically. I was thinking something similar to charades; the students must perform a scene without speaking the text, but using expressive movement instead.
I don't know what to assign for this homework assignment... Maybe have them write a short paragraph on an event in their lives that can relate to the act.
Any suggestions or advice?
