Teach me how to make out and I'll love you forever + give you 10 points!?

The problem is that I've been with the same guy for over 2 years and he hasn't made a move on me. I love him with all my heart, and we're 16, and I've tried to make a move on him but I get too nervous and stop. I'm really embarrassed because all my friends are experts and I've never done anything more than a 3 second kiss.
