Teaching Job Fair - 2 Confusing Questions - help!?

I went to my first Educator's job fair the other week, and at two table was asked the exact same series of questions (same order, same wording). I figure this might be a patter that I would like to prepare for in the future, but they confuse me. Here they are:

What would you like to know about your students in advance of the first day of school?

What three specific things would you like to know about your students in advance of the first day?

What? Didn't I just answer that?
Should these be DIFFERENENT answers? I wouldn't think so. But what is the point of the two similar questions...and thus, can you point me toward what these people might be digging for?

(Oh, and as a reference... I'm an elementary ed major)
