I Want To Teach That *&^%% A Lesson... Is It Worth My Energy?

I am livid and very angry but before I do anything I want your guys opinions and feedback so I dont do something I will regret. I dated a man for 6yrs and last year we were fighting alot and I guess he decided to cheat on me. when I found out and confronted him, he made up a whole bunch of excuses. Then on New Yrs Eve he runined my night by telling me the truth then. I forgave him on the condition that he cut off all ties with the girl. Well he still hasnt dont it and keeps in contact with her. I have access to his phone password and I heard a mess last nite from her that tells me they are still together. I cant tell him how I found out he is still with her so I am stuck. BUT, I asked him last night if he has really cut off ties and he says he is trying and admitted he still talks to her "once in a while". When I told him he needs to get his act together he got angry with me and told me these things take time and I need to grow up. I dumped him and want to teach him a lesson. Should I tape this phone message and let the girl's parents hear it? She is 24 and he is 48 so they will be pissed off at the girl, but also at him. What do you think? Should I sent the tape? or play it over the phone using a payphone? Can I get caught?
