| Overcoming nervousness when teaching peers?
I have to teach a computer training class that I developed. There will be approximately 8 of my co-workers there, including my boss. I get incredibly nervous when speaking in public, and I'm 100%afraid that I'm going to bomb! What can I do to help this?!      |
