Muslims: What does the Qu'ran teach you about the people who don't submit to Allah?

One of the answer a Muslim gave about Islam was, "Islam bids everyone to Submit to God and Spread peace and love." What does your Qu'ran teach you to do with those who refuse to submit to Allah?
