Has any one tried bikrem yoga or teach it?

I'm going to start yoga tomorrow (bikrem) and so i want to know what it's like and how you felt after that and how long did it take you to loose as much weight as you did if any and i want to know how hard it is and how hard you think it will be for me because i am no where near flexible i can't touch my feet and kinda can't even see them

You will sweat.. and you will feel like a million dollars when the class is done.
