how much is reasonable to charge for not only private tutor,but to teach and to

drive over 40 miles there? I have been tutoring this girl for a while and need to charge more for many reasons. One she is now being home schooled and I will be the only instructor also i will be driving over 40 miles to see her for the sessions. I have recently had a baby and my time is limited and I dont know what my time is worth. I was previously charging 15/hr and my new rate for any new students will be 20/hr.

The difference is I am not only a tutor but a teacher for this girl and i will be spending much more time in prep for each session.

My thought is 20/hr plus 10 each visit for gas and then 15 a week for my prep time. also i will have to have her agree to meet at least twice a week for at least two hour sessions. So that will be four hours a week with a total for the week at $135.

Is that unreasonable??
