Where to teach English in Bangladesh?

I will be teaching English in Bangladesh this summer and have some say over were I would like to go so I need suggestions from someone who is familiar with Bangladesh to help me out.

I want to be totally immersed in the culture and language which means being far as possible from people who might speak English. Which is why I want to stay away from Dhaka because of the possiblity of some English speaking/writing influence that might be there but I'm not sure. I have studied in Tokyo Japan in the past, but because I was normally around people who could speak English or seeing English writing I felt that maybe I didn't get as much out of the language as I could have, but culturally I learned a lot. This time I would like to get the best of both worlds.

Any suggestions? Small villages or big cities, I'm up for either.
