Why do they bother to teach sex education versus abstinence in schools?

Apparently sex education isn't working, look at all the stupid girls/women who get pregnant each day and then decide to kill their babies because they can't keep their legs closed. .................keep your legs closed or use protection!!!!! Use your brain for crying out loud!

Being a teenager is no excuse for being stupid. That's what's wrong with people today..and yeah I remember being a teen. I had self control.

Nice try.......go to an abortion clinic and ask the girls/women if they were taught sex ed in school or abstinence.
