Teaching in Florida?

I’m about to take the FTCE, I have my BA in Elementary Education. I have decided that I would like to teach High school science and I really don’t want to wait until I finish my Masters to start. If I take the and pass the Science subject exam will I be able to tech High school Science or do I have to wait until I finish my Masters?
