Research the school for their current priority needs and state in your resume (using strong verbs) your qualities that can meet their needs. This shows your certification. Landing a job also involves proving your quaifications during an interview process and probably already having one foot in the door by knowing someone or substituting/volunteering in the district. It doesn't hurt if you are willing to do extra duties/coach, etc.
