teaching credential reciprocity virginia to pennsylvania?

Hello,

Next year, I plan on moving back to PA after I get my special education teaching license from Virginia. By that time, I will have 2 years of experience and have completed my master's coursework.

Does the reciprocity apply to Special Education licenses from VA to PA? I searched on the PA Department of Ed website, but couldn't find much.

How hard of a time will I have?

You need to contact Virginia's and/or Pennsylvania's Department of Education. They will tell you the correct information.
