hi i'm 13 years old and have M.E. so i get taught at home, how do i meet new friends?

my old friends from school don't have much to do with me and when i feel well and have energy to take a trip down town i don't have anyone to go with and i really want to meet new friends to do stuff with, but i don't know how, please help
