How can I get a teaching job at a challenging private high school?

I have been teaching math for three years at a private high school. Also, I finished course credit for a teaching credential in California. I am seeking a job at a more prestigious private high school. I have passion, experience and excellent math background. Last year, I presented a paper in MAA conference to AP Calculus teachers. But I don't have current reference letters, and any connections to those prestigious high schools.
