What kind of activity should I do when teaching "Cell mediated immune response" in...

...a high school class? I have a project in which I have to teach mine high school class about the human immune system, espectially about "cell mediated Immune Response". Beside having to teach the class about the information, my project required me to do some kind of activity. A game of some short or maybe a lab. Please give me some idea on what i should do, and as detail as possible. I have more than 1 hour to present so there is a lot of time to do almost any kind of activity.
