| Do I want to teach in a Montessori school?
I have been offered a position in a Montessori school as an Elementary teacher. I don't have the Montessori training. I taught at the school in the preschool classes before I got my certification, and I didn't really like it, but I had a long term position in a public school teaching Pre K and I didn't really like that either, so I think it might be the age group. Would the Montessori 6-9 or 9-12 classes be less chaotic, or should I keep trying to get a public school position? Is there a huge difference in salary than in a public school district? Is there any kind of retirement for Montessori teachers?
