If there was health classes for adults that taught people on how to improve their...

...eating...? would you be interested? It would be taught by a certified dietician having fun entertaining classes.

What topics would you want to be covered? (i.e. portion control, calorie counting, basic information such as food pyramid, what else?

How much would you be willing to pay for a 90 min class?

Thanks so much!
Weight watchers does not teach you how to eat health in terms of fresh vegetables, fruits, and meats following the nutrition pyramid. They are only concerned about weight.

I was thinking to intergrate soul food, italian food, and others and healthy sustitute that can be made. Weight watchers do not offer that.

The program I want is not only about losing weight, it is an overal healthy habit program that changes the way people eat and think about food.

Mom of B & D has a spectacular aura about
i would want to attend.
i would want them to cover the topic of counting calories and healthy food choices.
how much i'd be willing to pay depends on how often the class is taught.
for 90 min a week i'd pay $50.
