I'm a teacher moving to Houston and want to know the best areas to teach in.?

I'm a new teacher (certified last December) finishing up my first full semester of teaching at a school in a very depressed, low income district with lots of problems from administration as well as less than desirable student behavior and lack of discipline.

I would like to know what are the best districts to teach in where I won't have as many problems from administration as well as students. I love diversity and would not like to live too far away from downtown. However, I also know the Bay area (which has some of the more affluent districts) is in a very vulnerable place in terms of hurricanes. The districts I've been primarily researching are Spring Branch, Galena Park, Alief, Humble, Fort Bend and Pearland. Can someone from the area give me a little more information on those districts as well as more advice? Thanks in advance. It is very much appreciated.
