Now, I know this is going to sound harsh, but you can't get him to stop. If he screams it at you and is constentally yelling and cussing we call that abuse. Abuse isn't just physical its mental and verbal and emotional too. A lot of the time, non-physical forms of abuse turn into physical abuse and it could get ugly. Be careful! Confront him about this problem and if he starts yelling or gets out of control tell him that he needs to stop and pull yourself out of the situation. If he has appoligized for saying these things to you work on it with him, but don't let him mess with your head. My step mother is a drunk and she will say things like such, and do bad things and then appoligize for them. I let her mess me up for a long time by thinking that everything was ok because she appoligized. Be Careful, and I hope everything works out!

If he says it and really means it:
1) Ask him what he means by that. Or...
2) Think about what you're saying-- if you say something really nasty, maybe he's just saying that as a response. Or...
3) DUMP HIM. Or at the very least, let him know it's bugging you.

If he says it jokingly:
1) Tell him it bugs you when he says that.
