Let's start with me.

I have always wanted to have a computer based English dictionary but I simply can't find one afterall these years! Not even pdf version.

I finally found a FREE copy. You can download and install the link. The Graphical User interface is reasonable ok.

But the most amazing thing is now when I wish to know the meaning of a word, I will just point my mouse to that word and press control right click, a pop up box will show up with the meaning.

You can even choose to hear its pronunciation though computer voice If you prefer human (?) voice, you can download additional 82mb file for such.

P/s : for convenience sake, you might wish to change to activate the checking using Alternate Left mouse click.
