| I need ideas for teaching Korean kids english? Help?
Ok, so heres the rundown of my situation:
I am a 20 year old foreign exchange student from the States, I have been here in Suwon, Korea for about 2 weeks, don't known korean, no teaching experience, and I was recently hired to work (more like picked out of a croud and begged really) at a ladie's hogwon (i.e., her apartment).
I have been there a couple times. during one time i tought a kid 1 on 1 for an hour, and after that teaching 4 kids in a seperate room for an hour. A day later i was called in on short notice to teach a different kid for one hour. Each time i was given maybe 2-4 pages of a story to work with for the whole hour.
Anyway, I need some good outlines for lessons i can teach them in english. I have found esl resources online, but they didn't give me what i'm looking for (they just gave me a bunch of weird games that i dont think would be useful in my situation.) I am looking for actual lesson ideas that pertain to a certain subject, with questions, etc..
