| boxing dvds that teach?
does any one know if there are any good boxing dvd s that you can learn from i pretty much no the basics jab stance how to block and stuff as ive been doing it for 14 months is there anything that you can recomend. im hungry for more

Most DVDs don't give the same benefit/instruction as getting out there and going to a gym or sparing with a partner.....I used to think the same with Martial Arts then I did myself an injury so now I go to classes where they have insurance and can teach you corect techniques.
