pokemon forgotten moves.? And if so were can I find some heart scales.

The new move relearner in Diamond/Pearl will be a guy in Pastoria (Nomose) City who lives in the house just beside the water. You'll know because there's a guy standing next to the door. He'll want Heart Scales in return for a re-learned move. Heart Scales can be found sometimes on Luvdiscs and commonly in the Sinnoh Underground
