More Solubility Help: My teacher doesn't know how to teach and gives us stuff...

...we need to search ourselves? We placed 2g, 4g, 6g and 8g of KNO3 into 4 test tubes and we need to find out the solubility of the KNO3 in grams per 100g of H2O for each 2, 4, 6 and 8 grams.
The only info we have is that 2g dissolved at 34 degrees c
4g dissolved at 42 degrees c
6g dissolved at 62 degrees c and 8 g dissolved at 74 degrees c

What do I do?
