What is the best book I can buy to teach me everything about the housing market

(buying/selling/etc.)? I'll admit it. I'm 24 years old and am almost clueless about the housing market. Since I'm ready to buy in the next 6 months, I need to learn.

I know a 15 yr vs 30 yr fixed, down payments, etc. but I need to know more.

What is the best book? A dummies book? Or should I save my money and just google around?
