Does anyone have any suggestions how to teach my pug,?

and my cocker spaniel to stop chasing my kitty!?? the pug is just over a year old and the spaniel is 14 weeks..... The pug didn't chase nearly as bad till the spaniel came and started it! My poor kitty spends her entire day UP on something or under the bed....I often pick her up and carry her to the living room and hold her and pet her...but the minute she jumps down...they are all over her! I interrupt them as quickly as I can...but am often times too late. She is declawed so she can't "hurt" them.....
