how to teach a virgin to have sex?

okay so i had sex with this virgin the toher night and he didnt last long. and he wasn't all that good. how can i explain to him how to make it better and last longer. i tried but maybe if you guys help i can think of better ways to say it.
and ive had sex many times with a few diff. people so i kinda know how to explain it to him but idk if he'll get it
