I need ideas from teens on what to teach a class for five minutes that is

school appropriate.? Ok so I'm a teenager in highschool and my health teacher want everyone in the class to teach everyone any thing they want for five minutes. As long as it's school appropriate of course. But I don't know what to do and I need some ideas. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
