| CAN one UN-teach an adult dog bad tricks?
A friend of mine recently got a dog from someone who obviously did NOT house train the dog, which is at least a year old. She suspects that the prior owner treated him poorly, because he fears everyone, especially if they raise their hand. Is there a LOVING way to teach the dog to NOW start pooping outside, considering his prior harsh treatment?
