What self defence class can teach me to defend myself from my dad?

This not a self-pity thing. My dad has an anger managment problem and his target is ALWAYS me. I don't want to know any tricky stuff for now. I just want to know what kind of class can teach me to duck when he slaps. I want to be able to release my wrist from his fist when he tries to break it . Stop him from pushing me. What class will teach me the basics because I know to get really good takes years but I just need some help.

Can someone please tell me. Oh and I will NOT report him, so dont suggest that.

Thanks
Nope not alerting the authprites and I'm not a child.
I meant authorities
I'm a teenager
Pooty - I've been letting him beat me for over 16 years. What more do you want !!!!!!!!!1
I wll be deleting this question in case he finds it. Thank you all APART from Pooty who sounds just like my dad.

You need to talk with the police or school councilor. You need help. Learning martial arts will not help your situation. It will make thing worse. If you pull away or duck It will most likely make him angrier. Who knows how much hurt a person like that can cause. He needs help. He may never seek help unless it is reported.

Everyone it giving you great advice on reporting him, and getting away as avoidance is the best.
Otherwise, most people are just naming martial arts they have taken and are not thinking logically - for instance Taekwondo, which I have a black belt in, is not a true self-defense art and would take months before you might find anything useful to defend yourself.
I would suggest Krav Maga, Hapkido, Systema, Jeet Kune Do - these are the best "self-defense" arts not sport or traditional. But why stay to fight someone bigger, meaner and more aggressive than you?
My two cents: You either STAY and continue to have the same issues until someone gets the better of the other / you give up and become miserable or you REPORT him as others have suggested or you LEAVE and don't look back. These are your options as I see them.

Try a rape defense class. They show you how to get out of different lock holds, quick escapes, and a few self deffense moves that do enough damage to get you out of there.

Aikido. its the japanese art of self defense, involving pressure points and using your opponents strength against them... meaning even a well trained child or small woman could make a big guy submit... or you could break their his wrist if he refuses... youll see. anyways,u should check it out, and i hope youre okay. good for you, tryin to learn self defense tho

you will not report him --i respect that, but i don't respect the fact that he could kill you.my stepfather squeezed my ribs hard a couple of times when i was 12,so i have low lung capacity for running and swimming and sleep uncomfortably and can't stand to have my man's arm around me in bed, 'cause it hurts.-I'm 51yo.now . i was afraid to break my mom and him apart... but years later she told me that she had told him to get out, and he wouldn't leave. You could at least get away from him for a while by calling 1800 999 9999,you are in imminent danger.
