Where can I find a syllabus for teaching basic computer usage?

I am trying to teach a family member how to use computers in order to enhance her ability to move up in her career but I am not sure the best way to present all the material that I have learned so long ago. I am very family but am afraid that I just overwhelm my "student" when trying to teach. Does anyone know of any online syllabi that I can obtain that has pre-existing lesson plans that I can walk her through step-by-step?? Thanks!
